Polignano a Mare is one of the most loved places on the coast, but it is very crowded in high season. We are about 20 km away, in the countryside, in a trullo all to yourselves, with the sea within easy reach by car.
Two ways to organise your stay
Staying in Polignano means being close to the old town and the sea, often on foot, but in a lively setting, with big crowds in high season and parking that can be difficult.
Staying in Castellana Grotte, about 20 km away, means an independent trullo with a garden and parking, quiet nights among the olive trees, and Polignano a drive away whenever you like, even for a dinner by the sea.

Tips for visiting Polignano
- In summer and at weekends arrive early in the morning or late in the afternoon, to avoid the busiest hours.
- Leave the car outside the old town and continue on foot.
- In the evening, the quiet of the garden is a lovely contrast to life on the coast.
