What data we collect

Through the booking form: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and any notes you choose to write to us. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail we process the data you give us that way.

Why we use it and on what basis

To record and manage your booking, send you the confirmation, the price and information about your stay, and answer your requests. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures requested by you (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, after the stay, the legal obligations we are subject to (art. 6.1.c GDPR). Without this data we cannot accept the online booking.

How long we keep it

For the time needed to manage the booking and the stay and, afterwards, only for the period required by law (for example for tax purposes). Cancelled bookings are deleted when no longer needed.

Who can see it

The data is processed by us and stored by the provider that hosts the website and e-mail, which acts as data processor. We do not sell it or pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes. The occupied dates (without names or other personal data) are shared with the booking portals on which the trullo is listed, to avoid double bookings.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to it or receive a copy (arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@bnbilgiardinodegliulivi.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country of residence.

Cookies

The website does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics or advertising tools. It only remembers, in your browser, the language you choose.
